Paige is at work and at work, everyone knows not to talk to her. That’s when she’s in the zone, the zone also qualifies as a boxing ring. You can imagine everyone’s face when Angie walks in and asks for her.
“Angie, listen I-” Paige starts as she folds more towels.
“Why did you tell Steph to call me? When she and I fight, I call her. Not the other way around.” Angie yells as she walks towards her. “Understand?”
“Under normal circumstances, I would. But I didn’t tell her to call you.” Paige grabs the pile of neatly folded towels and drops them into a basket.
“She called me by herself?!”
“It’s a free country, Angie. I’m busy so can you go and be stupid somewhere else?” Angie remained where she was.
“She called you because she was fed up of you blaming your problems on her.” Paige continued.
“Oh.”
“Shocking, I know.” Paige patted her on the back.
some friendly conversation ๐ I guess you should share more of the story and the characters, for me I like to see some link, a continuity, beginning and endโฆsomething like that
